CONFERENCE ATTIRE
We’re excited to spend a few unforgettable days with you in Nashville this November! With average daytime temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s and cooler evenings dipping into the 40s, you can expect crisp fall weather—perfect for layering.
Here’s a helpful guide to packing for a comfortable and stylish conference experience:
DAYTIME EVENTS
For the daytime sessions and meals, the attire is business casual. Meeting rooms tend to be a little cooler, so bring layers if you get cold easily. On Tuesday afternoon, we will be participating in an interactive community service project. You will receive a new McKibbon shirt during conference registration to wear with slacks or nice jeans on this day. Sneakers are acceptable for the community service event. Please wear your McKibbon shirt to the general session that morning.
EVENING EVENTS
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8 | WELCOME RECEPTION
Dust off your boots and join us as we kick off the conference with a Western-themed welcome reception at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Channel your inner country music star with flannel, fringe, denim jeans, belt buckles, cowboy boots and hats, and saddle up for an energized evening of live music and good company.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9 | AWARDS CEREMONY & DINNER
Our awards dinner on Tuesday evening at the Nashville Symphony is a special night to celebrate our achievements and recognize our stand-out leaders. The dress code for this event is elegant, formal attire. Ladies, dress to impress with floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail dresses. Gentlemen, don your best suit, tie, and dress shoes. Tuxedos are optional.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10 | 100th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
We’ll close out the conference with our 100th Anniversary Celebration – a denim and diamonds themed centennial party hosted at Category 10. Aim for Western with a touch of glamour. Elevated denim paired with sparkle and shine. Denim jackets, dark jeans, boots, and Western-inspired pieces complemented by metallic accents and statement jewelry.
